Data Deletion Instructions

Send an email to contact@petcircle.co.in with the subject line Data Deletion Request.

Include your full name, email address, phone number, and any booking or ticket reference if available, so we can identify the correct records.

If your account was created using Google sign-in, please send the request from the same email address used for login.

We will delete or anonymise personal profile information, enquiry records, optional pet information, and non-essential communication records associated with your request.

Some records may be retained where required for payment reconciliation, fraud prevention, event safety, accounting, tax, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or legitimate operational records.

We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 7 working days.

Eligible deletion or anonymisation requests are usually completed within 30 days after verification.

If you interacted with Pet Circle through Meta products, you may also remove app access from your Facebook or Instagram account settings.

After receiving your deletion request, we will remove eligible data stored by Pet Circle systems according to this policy.
